Trivandrum, also known as Thiruvananthapuram, is the capital of kerala. It is famous for its beaches and is famous as one of the top tourist destination of India. You will visit Shree Padhmanabhaswamy temple here which is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple has a beautiful architecture, including large complex and huge gopuram. Also visit the Kanakakunnu Palace, located in the heart of Trivandrum city which has some very beautiful buildings.

Kovalam, located at the distance of around 12 kms in the south of Thiruvananthapuram, is famous worldwide as one of the finest beaches in India. Developed as a seaside resort, the beach complex of Kovalam has many hotels, cottages, yoga centres which make the beach ideal for tourism.

Kanyakumari is the end point of India in the south located around only 87 kms away from Trivandrum. Also called Cape Comorin, Kanya kumari has tremendous natural beauty and is located in neighboring Tamil nadu state.
